Is LashStart free?
Yes! LashStart is free to use. All core features — procedures, client management, calendar, and lash mapping — are available at no cost.
What languages does LashStart support?
LashStart is available in English, Russian (Русский), and Ukrainian (Українська). You can switch languages at any time in the app settings.
What currencies are supported?
We support 8 currencies: UAH, USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, PLN, CZK, and RUB. Select your preferred currency during onboarding or change it in settings.
Is my client data safe?
Absolutely. Your client data is stored securely with encryption and is never shared with third parties. Only you can access your client records. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How can I use LashStart?
LashStart is currently available as a web app at app.lash-start.com. It works in any modern browser on your phone or computer. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
I'm an experienced artist. Is this app for me?
LashStart grows with you. Beginners love the guided checklists and tips, while experienced artists use client management, lash mapping, and smart scheduling. More pro features are coming soon.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@lash-start.com. We'll remove your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
